Good day I just noticed when I was about to do my second installation that my closure has almost no hair where there is a line. I bought the hair and installed it with you on the 28th November 2025
Absolutely love my hair
I was afforded the opportunity to choose how I would like my hair… 5 by 5 or frontal, customised hairline or not. And loved the gift set they sent me… It was a nice surprise and lastly,,, the hair is gorgeous, never had such a nice wig before… I’m happy guys
After a very disappointing and exhausting purchase with Loft hair, Shara hair really showed up and showed out for me. The purchase was seemless , fast delivery and don’t even get me started on the actual hair and extra goodies 🥹. I can safely say this is the best hair I’ve ever purchased ❤️

Initially, I visited to collect my online hair order, but what truly impressed me was the salon's aesthetic appeal - it's clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The reception staff provided a warm welcome, setting the tone for a fantastic experience. When I inquired about installation services, I was pleased to discover they were available. Although I had a brief wait, the installation process was worth it. The stylist took her time, was precise, and incredibly gentle. The end result was stunning, and the value for money was excellent. As a bonus, I received a thoughtful care kit, complete with a wig stand, wax stick, serum, and wig cap, demonstrating the salon's commitment to aftercare. This was my second purchase, following a positive experience at their Rivonia branch. Three days post-install, my wig still looks fantastic - no lifting, cracking, or residue. I highly recommend this salon and give them a well-deserved 10/10. Their service, quality, and attention to detail make them stand out. I'll definitely be back!
