Exchange Information:
Request Window: All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your products, provided the hair is still in its original condition with the lace intact.
Eligibility: Customers are allowed one exchange per order, if eligible, and will be charged an exchange fee of R100.
Timely Requests: Any exchange request made after 3 business days from receipt of the product will not be honored.
Condition: We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered in any way.
Value Exchange: The product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Reshipment Costs: For any exchange, the customer is responsible for the reshipment costs, as the original shipping service has already been used.
Store Credit: If the exchange results in a lower value than the original product, the customer will receive a store credit for the remaining balance, as we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
