*NO REFUND POLICY*
At Shara Hair we maintain a very high level of quality assurance by taking every bundle of hair through vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the quality you paid for as our hair ranges from 100% human hair to the highest quality in the market. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
*EXCHANGES*
-requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of products and if the hair is still in its original condition with the lace still on.
-customers are allowed one exchange, if eligible, per order and will be charged an exchange fee of R100
-any exchange requested after 3 business days of receiving the product will not be honoured
-we will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered in any way.
-product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. In order to exchange the product must be returned at your own expense.
-any exchange made by the customer : he/she is responsible forfor reshipment costs as that is a separate service that has already been used
-any exchange that permits a difference (less than original) customer will hold a store credit for the remaining balance owed as we do not refund at any cost
