Exchange Information:
Request Window: All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your products, provided the hair is still in its original condition with the lace intact.
Eligibility: Customers are allowed one exchange per order, if eligible, and will be charged an exchange fee of R0 if it is a factory fault.
Timely Requests: Any exchange request made after 3 business days from receipt of the product will not be honored.
Condition: We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered in any way.
Value Exchange: The product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Reshipment Costs: For any exchange, the customer is responsible for the reshipment costs, as the original shipping service has already been used.
Store Credit: If the exchange results in a lower value than the original product, the customer will receive a store credit for the remaining balance, as we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

The receptionist lady I encountered at the Rivonia branch on 5 October 2026 was not friendly at all. She even told me that I couldn’t exchange the other hair that was offered as a free gift.
However, while I was sitting and waiting for the hairstylist to customise the hair before installing it, another lady, who had been assisting a client over the phone, came to attend to me after ending the call. She asked about my request in such a humble, calm, bubbly and loving manner. That was the moment I started feeling welcomed.
She went the extra mile by calling another hairstylist to check and assist me with the free gift. That hairstylist was also incredibly friendly. I tried on the hair, and they adjusted it to suit me. After seeing how it looked, I realised I had no reason to exchange it.
Angie, the second hairstylist who was customising the hair I had purchased, also came through with my hair for installation. She was equally bubbly and friendly.
These three ladies who assisted me after the receptionist were full of warmth, love and kindness. I even told them that I had travelled all the way from Rustenburg.

the hairstylist was so friendly and she did an amazing job! my install lasted about a week and a bit but how she treated my wig before and how she did the laces made it easy for me to reinstall by myself with no issue. 100% would come again and would 100% recommend to everyone.

Tina installed my hair. She was very gentle and talked me through it. The install didn’t take time and it lasted up to 6 days.

Perfect installation glue did not move for over a week only took out the wig because I needed to change it....it would've at least lasted longer...As a first time buyer at Shara I was impressed with the hair and the installation definitely going to buy more and visit more for future installations.

This is the install on day 4. Managed to push it for one more day. Was able to shower and do yoga without it coming off. Great service from the ladies at the salon
I installed my hair on the 25th of March and it is still in tact with just a small lift in front and I use G2B for it. I highly recommend their installation
Went for installation and ended up getting the make and installation combo!!! I really loved it… the ladies are so friendly and a special thanks to Angel I loved my installation 💕 definitely going back!
