Buying too few bundles leaves your install looking thin at the ends. Buying too many wastes money. The right number depends on three things: the length you want, how full you like your hair, and whether you're adding a closure or frontal.
This guide breaks it down so you can order with confidence.
Why length changes everything
Most bundles weigh about 100g each, whatever the length. That means a 26-inch bundle spreads the same amount of hair across a much longer strand than a 12-inch one. The longer you go, the more bundles you need to keep the ends full.

Closure, frontal or neither?
A closure covers the top of your head, so you need fewer bundles. A frontal covers the whole hairline from ear to ear, giving you more parting options with the same bundle count. With no closure, you leave some natural hair out, so you need enough bundles to blend and cover the full head.
